Can you recall a time when you gave feedback to a co worker who was un-accepting of others?
was a time when I spoke to a new staff member about their behaviour as
it seemed they had a domestic issue with their partner (which we heard
over the telephone in the office) but she took out her frustrations with
Persons tried to comment to her that it wasn't the office culture to discuss her personal problems like that, but she was not receptive and I could see it was beginning to affect the way other members related to her. Having been the one assigned to train her I took her one side and talked with her about her behaviour in order for it not to go further. She accepted my advice and took her personal calls till after work. This allowed her to focus on the job at hand.
