When I started as an Accounts
Payable officer, the first difficulty I faced was meeting so many monthly deadlines.
Training on the job was difficult but with persistence I managed to build the
skills to meet the month end deadlines by breaking down each work activity I
did to find the most effective way to perform each task.
Give some examples.
Then, I created systems that built towards meeting my targets. This resulted
in balancing all ledgers as at December 31st.
