What is your typical way of dealing with conflict please give me an example

Working relationships amongst project and client teams within different cultural backgrounds can at times bring about conflicts.
By ensuring that expectations are properly set - and then exceeded, reviewing, developing and maintaining procedures and standards over the course of these relationships can reduce conflicts arising at any given time.

Dealing with various situations, served with an outgoing personality, has allowed me to become a proactive member of teams, most of all, the ability to remain calm and assured, handling issues with an open mind and air of versatility.
