Whilst involved with an educational charitable organization, I managed publicity and promotional campaigns including all aspects of press & media associated with the events.
My ability to identify, evaluate and solve complex problems, managing several projects simultaneously allowed me to coordinate all event logistics, including responsibility for media coverage of the events.
By establishing successful partnerships, I was able to achieve results through working independently and within teams.
This work involved managing client services, developing partnerships with volunteer and educational support groups, advising clients and recruiting volunteers to assist with client support.
The skills necessary to perform this role, including the flexibility to work amongst teams from varying cultures, including people from different backgrounds, with varied incomes.
The benefit of having good communication skills, allowed me to deal effectively with people at all levels, with the ability to prioritize, manage and meet deadlines.
