Tell me about a time when you worked with a person who did things very differently from you. How did you get the job done?
By first, finding out how the person really was going to carry out their tasks, through a series of conversations and ongoing communication and rather than going straight to the solution, it was extremely important that we both fully understood the full context of the problems we were dealing with.
Making sure that we worked within the same space, sitting close by and taking the time to work through the pros and cons, of the project through a series of questions, sharing insights and expertise and finding new ways of doing things, in turn allowed us to perform the shared tasks.
