was very limited, and enthusiasm to, not answer questions was fully
evident. Instead of trying to convince them to carry out the interviews
at the time of the call, I explained the benefits of such research,
offered to send them a copy of the report on behalf of the client, therefore
scheduling a specific appointment time to complete the interviews, in
turn, making them feel flattered and self important.
