Legal Secretary Personal Statement

I pride myself on my polite and helpful manner and as I have worked in the customer care department at a call centre, I fully understand what skills are required to be a successful legal secretary. I am an organised individual who is able to juggle several tasks at once without compromising on the excellence of the job. My customer care background required me to have excellent computer skills and listen to customers for all the relevant details. This required excellent English and emails and letters were sent out with perfect grammar. The role of customer care assistant taught me to work to deadlines and that the best way to accomplish this was to work well as a team.
My enjoyment of being organised and taking great pride in everything I do has equipped me with the skills I need to be a success. I am flexible and hard working with a determination that would enable me to be an excellent asset to your business.
