I am an enthusiastic and hard-working individual
and I have a vast experience of working within an administrative role. I have
previously worked in a call centre which required me to deal with customers
over the phone and via email. This required me to be courteous and understanding
as well as ensuring that I had excellent communication skills.
I was also required to produce and send letters
to customers. I had to deal with hundreds of customers daily and this meant
I had to keep records and systems up to date. This shows that I am organised
and approach all tasks methodically so that everything is kept as it should
In my spare time I am the chairman of a pool league and this requires me to carry out secretarial roles and deal with membership payments and cash expenditures. This is something that I enjoy immensely and believe can help me become a successful Administrative Assistant.
