My responsibilities include balancing accounts; processing receipts, sales invoices and payments; maintaining financial records which accurately record the business incoming and outgoing finances; completing VAT return forms; ensuring the accounts are accurately monitored and recorded; dealing with companys payroll by processing wages and employee expense claims; preparing profit and loss accounts sheets; preparing balance sheets; answering the phone and reading/sending e-mails to clients; meeting and greeting clients when they come into the office; meetings/photocopying/filing and other administrative duties; processing office post; client engagement“ sending out starter packs to clients/answering .
I have a logical mind and the ability to work well with numbers. I should be considered for the role of accountant because I have good verbal and written communication skills to deal with the public and staff members. I have excellent attention to detail skills. I am able to maintain clear and accurate financial records.
